I'm Charlie Maas 43 years old
I started my working career as a Technical Sales & Export Manager, Europe and moved into interior design with my own company. During this time, I volunteered to work on folk festivals, this progressed into a professional career and I now have more than 10 years-experience as an event manager for sporting events as well as music and literature festivals. My responsibilities on these events include, amongst many tasks, the overall coordination of event security, parking and traffic hubs, with the ability to think on my feet and to react to last minute issues.
In those 10-years, I have seen how the evolution of event needs has transformed an event organizer into a specialist in human security and along with it, our need to move with the times to meet those demands.
I manage the interests of your event with passion and professionalism.
Charlie has been touring stages and festivals all over Europe for many years. Since 2006 he has been seen as a service provider, exhibitor, general manager, manager or coordinator of security, parking and traffic areas, cultural events, music festivals, folk festivals, jazz, metal or literature festivals, concerts or sports and commercial events.
